The gym is super-equipped, large and airy, perfect for any type of training. The environment is very quiet, I was struck by the impeccable cleanliness. Salvatore (the owner) is ABSOLUTE kindness and technical competence, he puts you at ease, he takes great care of accident prevention, I don't know how he does it but he manages to follow everyone with maximum attention and motivates and stimulates you in the right way to achieve of the target. Personally, in 2 months, without worries, following Salvatore's advice, both inside and outside the gym, I had incredible results. Great Sky Gym! ... Highly recommended.
Salvatore is a prepared and competent person! From the very first lessons I got results thanks to his plans tailor-made for me.
